You're very lucky I can BARELY make out that username to verify who it was. You're going to need to up that bitrate on your recordings for future reports.

I'm sorry about that. My options for player names being turned down (to see around blueberries in CQC) certainly doesn't help, but youtube turned that video quality into bug ass good sir.
This is of course only a screenshot, but as you can see the bitrate is not the issue lol, it's youtube's bug-ass compression.
