The irrelevant screenshots which don't show political chat in the imgur album, those are added for context that this motherfucker has been on bZ for a while and still doesn't care.
 
I managed to find that exact message you referenced above, and will be issuing a punish point for it.

Next time please get an actual screenshot of the chat with the message you're trying to report. We have chat logs that are also available to every to view on our stat page.
