IamNotin-bz-yet was also involved but they died on impact so no complaint from me about them, i think they were just along for the ride, could be wrong though.

So there's no telling who was in what seat in that chopper, so I couldn't accurately punish for any attempted uncap attacks in the first place. Just because you happen to kill someone who bailed while in your uncap doesn't mean they were attacking.

On top of all of that, your video doesn't show the spawn screen to confirm what you were doing before the start of the clip, and both you and Stirum also fired while in uncap.

For what it's worth, I do wholeheartedly agree with this part.

Yeah my previous statement still stands. Even with the extended clip, it still doesn't have enough substance to warrant a punishment.
