Describe the incident Tanking on Shanghai. BowThrow69 kept deliberately putting the Bollards up on the bridges to hinder my retreat once I took damage. I talked to him about it in chat and he really didn't care about it being against the rules to do that intentionally, or immobilizing my tank. Although I do have video of the bollards magically be lowered, it's does not show him explicitly lowering it.

when I load the streamable clip I see it doesn't start playing until after he shoots a rocket at me from the front. shitty streamable.
