Describe the incident Squarepanties was my gunner and posted a video of me "stealing" the helicopter. Here's my side of it. I like how he posted a small snippet of the video to frame it like I ditched him on purpose. 01:51 - why didn't I ditch you when your first TV blew up on us? 04:05 -- the incident in question, do you see the enemy LAV right beside us? Do you think I wanted to stick around and die there. After I flew to safe place to repair, the next thing I hear is him threatening to report me. https://youtu.be/mlUZIBq_IEA

Thank you for providing counter evidence, I've gone ahead and removed your ban. However in the future, if you have to quickly leave and your gunner gets left behind, try to pick them back up as ditching them is not a nice thing to do.

In this case it does appear that you left him on purpose due to the fact that you didn't go back to pick him up.
Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

You also have quite a few reports lately that state you've been attacking uncap. Have you?

I don't break the rules on the server. I record all my game play, if someone makes a report that I am, they better back it up with video footage.
