Describe the incident HE11Heaven who ruins the game and calls players lots of bad words and pollutes the server he tries to get himself killed by his own players

Hello, Coldkiller, I don't usually post complaints, let alone make videos, but I had to. I just wanted to know if my message was correct because I didn't see an admin response in my post.

Because this is the one and only report against this player at this time, it's clear that it's not an urgent matter that doesn't require us to take immediate action. We will get to it as soon as we can.

As for myself, I've been busy working nearly 60 hours a week and have VERY limited time for Banzore admin duties at this moment. Plus having to review your video that is 17 minutes long and not having any timestamps to pinpoint any moments of concern, it's going to take me longer to review the evidence you present and investigate the player's history with us. Again, it will be handled when available by either myself or another admin.
