Describe the incident Continuously RPGing empty ally vehicles, Stealing vehicles that come back to repair, Wasting jets by crashing immediately

Wasted over 6 jets in only 3 deaths, RPG'd about 3 more. Just sitting in spawn waiting for jets to respawn.

Punished for the teamkill.
If you don’t move a vehicle from the spawn location, it allows others to spawn directly inside of the vehicle.

I find your strategy to be impractical but if you must, do it far away from uncap.
