Player was on a hill near B flag instant killing players at C flag on a jeep, M1161 ITV. Plenty of players were reporting him. As soon as I spectated him, he moved off the hill as was no longer trying to be obvious. His ttk on the 2 kills recorded were much faster than in HC mode. He left shortly after he was killed, knowing I was spectating. Followed him to another server to spectate, he left after a few seconds, increasing my suspicion he has a spectator notification.
