Describe the incident wallhacks and aimbot. Beginning of the round, avoided SLAMS which were not noticeable, was the first telltale sign. while spectating, player kept twitching his sights to player locations.

Not really seeing too much in this. Every player he shot at he either could see from hit markers on his tank or already visible. Spectating tanks can make it look jittery. Are you able to get additional footage for this?
 
I don't really see anything in this video either to be honest.
