considering that there is no steam account by that name, the email associated with this account seems bogus to begin with and there is no records accossiated with this email account. Id say this is some kind of weird trolling? Doesn't make much sense tho.

But he's willing to apologize.  I wonder what stipulations must be met in order to queue this eventual apology?  If we can come to an agreement, litigation may not be necessary...
