nah, its normal to use a vpn, i dont get why something like that would even be kickable, is privacy not allowed?
Technically speaking, most everyone who plays BF4 is a mass murderer. The ones who aren't are doing it wrong!

No need to question it pal, its the servers rules if you wanna play in the server then don't use VPN....If you insist that you want to use VPN go find another server that accepts VPN period

I use a VPN at all times(and so should all of you, if you only knew 
) if you have the best one, which i do.. you can tunnel your connections, so VPN is always on, and when BF 4 plays, it bypasses the VPN, so no issue. I think this is a great rule and I thank Neo for implementing it. So, either turn it off or go play somewhere else, with the limited servers around, turning off the VPN is probably your easiest approach!

OK FIRST off banning based on IP address is one of the best ways to keep hackers gone when they are found and banned. as long as VPN's are kicked outright it stops their really only option for reconnecting to the server after a ban with a new account.
SECOND VPN's using a set pool of IP addresses per server location means you can be linked to hackers that used that VPN service, even if you never hacked yourself.
THIRD you dont have privacy in online gaming with all the shit you have to do in even creating a account now or what you have to do to keep the account like being forced to link a phone number at some point. real world your EA account and the online name your account is under has a fuck ton of tracking numbers built in and the whole account can be banned not just from playing one game if issues are found with your in game antics
FORTH many hacker services that charge monthly rates work as VPN overlays so no hacking software is running on the local client making the hack 10 times harder to detect. server farms are set up just like VPN's to only run the software and as a bonus can be used to get around region locking (cough the biggest reason its used on consoles when peasants think "ThErE iS nO hAcKiNg On CoNsOlE Pc NeRdS").......in nelson's voice with finger pointed "HAHA"
FIFTH this is a PRIVATE group of players paying to keep the gaming going setting up the servers based on what is known to keep problems out of the servers and it shows based on this group having most of the top servers left in the fucking world still running the god dam game. your feelings dont matter cupcake, what is best for server population is ALL THAT MATTERS........
SIXTH using a VPN is ping spoofing as you are changing the metric of ping monitoring when using a VPN outlet server close to the game server.
SEVENTH if i need anymore reason then these^^^ mama dropped you on your head
now protips for really using a VPN.....NEVER run it on the PC you want to tunnel and dont even install windows on the system without setting up a ROUTER based tunnel, never run the tunnel PC on your open network and always keep 3 or 4 routers around that can run VPN's in firmware with wifi shut off.....
oh and if you really care about any true privacy you will NEVER run wifi on.....in any form......ANY......

Browser based VPN is the way to go here.
@-bZ-LongTrang1 NO....the way to go is router based with no wifi and the ports windows uses for ads disabled....OR setting up a PI-hole that works as a firewall/IP router....browser based you are being tracked by windows and you ISP never mind dipshits that think they can add something or turn of tracking in chrome.....router based you tunnel before 9 out of 10 of those things can ping shit.... never mind running SHUTUP10 or going in to blackviper's list on shutting down the bullshit in windows 10 back to XP....
real world you want a whole isolated system that never even used the same monitor as hardware markers are old school now and everything from mouse DPI speed to monitor resolution is tracked now....using the same monitor with something like a KVM switch is a big NO NO when the shit for HDMI ports put in hardware serial numbers that can be read by browsers....
oh and NORD vpn is still the best for streaming with expressVPN still being the best for torrents....both can be run on PI-hole or routers
in closing if you do go browser never use chrome....its always tracking you.....

MAC spoofing at router following by modem recycle get new IP address lease. If have private static pool, use NAT to outbound on different IP for select destination. Block IP no good. Same as Amazon say no more delivery to address bad customer no live cause moved. Tarded.
Do you really think that the majority of people who "hack" in this game know what you even just said, let alone how to accomplish that? These are the kinds of people who google "BF4 Speed Hacks" and install dubious .exe files from shady websites. They have no idea what a MAC address even is, let alone how to spoof one.
