Heaven Potatoes

Now, to compliment your grilled foods, this this mashed potato recipe. `I don't bother with half and half; I simply use one cup of cream. I've never needed milk. Note that the owner of the recipe continues to cook the potatoes while they are being mashed and then cover and uncovered in the oven. I add folded-over cheese slices at mid-depth and on top of the the potatoes when they are in the pan. of the I call these Heaven Potatoes because they taste so good. They tend to give me a stomach boner.

Wow ! Cream Cheese and butter would make horse manure pretty good. I'm not speaking from experience, though.
