How to report a cheater

Just want to bring up the discussion on how to report a hacker if you run into one. Seems like there are more hackers on Pubg popping up since 1.0 release. Through my short experience so far, I've ran into hacker and it was obvious in maybe ~2/10 of the games I've played. I've done some reading on Pubg forum that some people reported to encountered hackers in 90% of their game, which I think is a bit more than what I've experienced. What was your experience?

Have any of you reported a hacker? Did the ban went through or was it ignored? Also, did you have to include a recorded video of the gameplay?
 
I haven't actually seen that many at all. Nothing that was super obvious.
 
I've had a couple strange shots that i reported but I don't know if anything came of it or if it was just a death cam spectator glitch
 
It's beginning to get really bad. Hate it when I wasted my time looting and all suddenly get head shot instantly. Played a few solo games yesterday and almost every games got aimPothead. Think I will play more squad and team games, since it seems like there are less hackers..
