Since December 3, We received some feedback from laptop computer users mentioning an issue about having drastically decreased frame rate in-game compared to before (for example 100 FPS dropped to 30 FPS). After locating the initial cause for this issue, we posted an announcement suggesting affected players to reinstall the previous driver version to avoid this issue. Yesterday, the development team contacted with NVIDIA technicians, and officially confirmed that in Windows 10 RS4, multiple games had this frame rate issue occur with the latest NVIDIA graphics card driver (version 417.22, December 3) installed. NVIDIA technicians suggest Windows 10 users to update their Windows 10 to the latest version available to avoid this issue. At the same time, the development team will continue to pay close attention to this issue and post further announcements when we make a new progress.
