Implement "Challenges"

This is not a complaint. Recently heard about challenges. I believe adkats has a feature called "challenges." It'd be cool to have challenges enabled for BZ#5. Challenges like "Get 2 kills with 10 different pistols" or "kill -bZ-RogaineFoam with a knife"

Why would you stab Rogaine with a knife? Knives can't grow hair

Back in my Mature Asskickers [MA] days we would simply get together on Tuesday nights for group challenges like stealing an enemy aircraft, killing a particular enemy (that they had to protect), taking a particular flag, etc.

Didn't need any custom settings for that kind of thing.
