Well, got the rails erected...still got some touch up to do and not sure what I'm gonna do about landscaping.....I pulled out the overgrown shrubs, so it looks kinda bare and I'm not interested in spending $300 on new ones, but i may have to....also need to bleach the house...in any event, it;s better than the vinyl clad, sagging wood rail that was there before.
makes the old homestead worth more also, looks great
