Need a small cash advance but your bank says no?

Go to an establishment that offers in-store coupons. Grocery stores like to do this shit.

Select only those items with price discounts or better yet, buy one get one free or the like (i.e., buy this, get this other thing free). Gather enough to meet your cash needs in rebates or free item valuations. Select all items you would have received free to be purchased.

Note: If you choose item(s) with BOGO free, make sure you pay for two or multiples of two of the same item(s) so you can't be requested to simply grab another of same in lieu of refund. (You already paid for it, and you don't want it... effectively the same as a return.)

Check out using your credit/debit card for payment. DO NOT PRESENT YOUR COUPONS AT TIME OF SALE.

Immediately proceed to Customer Service counter. Provide receipt of sale. Present coupons and request difference.

Receive payout in CASH.

Then request to return all items for refund. Cost (minus cash rebate) applied to your card of choice.

Leave with your cash.

You're welcome.

Solicitation to commit fraud is a crime. It is also known in some states as Enticement to commit fraud.

A number of Federal statutes can also apply here if you post a qualifying solicitation/enticement in one state and as a result a crime is then committed in yet another state. It could arguably be an act of wire fraud, too. Spicy.

If two or more people commit fraud based on what you posted here you could arguably qualify for an indictment under the RICO Act. Very spicy.

If a Federal judge is in a particularly generous mood you might get off with five years suspended sentence if you're a first time offender. ;)

Entertainment purposes only, of course.
