Looking for 4 squad members...

I'm looking for 4 squad members that are willing to spend an evening doing only squad work. No running off after vehicles or random kills or anything else; just sticking with the squad, capturing objectives, selecting kits that benefit the entire squad, and winning the game. My goal is to get on the losing team, and win.
