I had to factory reset my CPU, when I re-installed EA App and BF4, neither of these file either exist or are corrupt.... Anyone else run into this issue ?

MSVC DLL files are part of Microsoft Visual C++ and are required for your computer to run a ton of different programs. Just go to this link and download/install everything (Windows wont let you install ones you already have or ones that will overwrite previous versions):
