Should I kick my nephews fucking ass for getting me banned for 2 weeks?

He said The n word many times for no fucking reason and I was only gone for about 7 minutes to take a shit. Now I have nothing to fucking do and after I told the admins when I didn’t know what my nephew really did but I did hear him say “What’s up N##gers?” “Lol your a N##ger!” “Fuck n##gers” and so on. I’m really fucking mad because this is the best server and now I can’t do fucking anything.

What should I do?
