Need help with joining the game

I am not banned,after loading,the admin kicked me out and gave me the kick reason
Triggered PunkBuster ban detected [perm][BanEnforcer][Appeal at banzore.com]
I am a Chinese player and I have to use the VPN to connect.Admin told me if I turn off my VPN I will be able to play.I tried,but it didn't work.
Please,somebody tell me how to join in.

1. The community bans VPN connections because they tend to make the servers slow down.
2. The community bans people with 200+ ping rates.

So far as I know there are no bans by geolocation.

My advice:

1. Get a faster internet connection
2. Get the hell out of China and move to the USA! If you're playing BF4 then you must be a great guy and we'd love to have you over here!
