Go to your accessories folder and run the command prompt as an administrator....

then type this...

bcdedit /set increaseuserva 2500

make sure you get a "the operation completed successfully.

then do a reboot and play the BF3....

The command in the command prompt is simply to tell the operating system to allow applications to use more than 2GB of RAM

Windows Start Button -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right Click on Command Prompt -> Run As Administrator -> bcdedit /set increaseuserva 2500
