operation locker server question

on c flag, is it considered a glitch to get up onto the third or second floors of the room, you can still be killed so i dont know, if so i wont go up any more, heres a vid

 
yes it is considered a glitch to go up there
 
It is considered a glitch. While it is possible to shoot somebody up there, it's almost impossible to shoot them while they are crouched. Mind you, they are crouched behind mostly open air. There is an invisible barrier blocking bullets which isn't fair. Hence, is a glitch.
