Phones Get Game Power in the Cloud

Read this Article and thought some of you might find it interesting. It's about how the Cloud Gaming company OnLive was able to play some recent console game releases on an iPhon, iPad and an Amazon Kindle. (It will also be available on Android devices.)

You can play the games online using OnLive's computers, and you use a $50 controller to play.

One item of note in the article was this:

“It’s our view that probably there won’t be another console and that this current generation is the last,” Mr. Perlman said. “The economics can’t support it anymore.”

This could level the playing field and get consolers and pc'ers playing on the same platform. I think it's what we have to look forward to.
