please help whit battle 4

I had this issue when they first tried to get me to switch from origin over a year ago. I spent some time with support and they weren't able to help, they may be able to now.
Eventually, even after messing with origin to make it work, they shut it down completely, forcing me to switch back to the EA Desktop App.

To my surprise, bf4 was in my library this time.

Have u tried going into task manager and shutting down all steam, origin/EA app processes?

I know this might seem like a basic fix. My account had problems connecting to EA servers and I got a similar error. It was just because my app locked up for some reason.
 
I’ve had this issue before. It’s been a while since it happened and I forgot what I did to fix it. Repairing the game doesn’t work. I think I reinstalled it if I remember correctly. This isn’t permanent, so rest assured you won’t need to repurchase the game.
