The name seems the same as the player in this ban appeal - https://banzore.com/forums/threads/ban-appeal-scumlordfrost.7912/
In the latter ban appeal, I see no mention of the appeal being approved.
Are these the same players?

As far as I know, you all don't whitelist for any punkbuster bans, correct?
