成为VIP后，可以在所有bz服务器上享受高ping吗？这个高ping有没有上限，或者我成为VIP后可以使用VPN吗？

From my understanding.. no you can't use a VPN in bZ servers.. also you seem to be playing from China with high ping.. server caps it at 200 anything above and it's a full server you'll get kicked.
