Rules on provocative uncap engagement?

This does not apply to jets... If I wait for some fool to spawn, for example, in hainan, and I abuse him in the air behind his base gagging him so he doesn't scream, he will come crying to the forum 100% sure, in maps where the spawn is the air you should wait for him to move far enough away, shoot, or go up enough, how much ? To the client's liking, but to do it immediately only generates drama, even more with the garbage of players that are in the server.

Then let him spawn right in front of you, follow him out of the uncap, and then zot him. Your moral and ethical dilemma has now been resolved.
You are most welcome.

I am not a lawyer and I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn since 2001.

This is what we in the real world call brandishing and is an expressive form of hostile intent or intent to do great bodily harm or cause death.

Technically, by aiming at the enemy you have already engaged and broken the rules.
Yikes couldn't disagree more. I absolutely train my main gun on enemy combatants as they start from their base. Why? Because someone always ends up FAFO. As soon as they fire i release counter measures and full on unload. I WILL NOT assume that they will adhere to server rules , instead i ready myself for an attack. Being anywhere near the enemy uncap i.e. flag ECHO in Golmud, is precarious in nature and often leads to enemy tanks etc firing as soon they spawn out before leaving the uncap. I do not however lock on on an enemy in an uncap until someone engages us. Then.... you get what you get when you FA.... you....FO.

Quite a few players are now staying above enemy uncaps, no matter the map waiting for aircraft to spawn in, in the air, and immediately attacks them or helos taking off.
The PORK guys are experts at this.
