Here's what I was referring to last night. As fate would have it, it had nothing to do with what was being discussed.

This scene portrays a young Capt. Willard (played by Martin Sheen) who is meeting with Gen. Corman (GD Spradlin), Col. Lucas (Harrison Ford), and some Vietnamese weirdo. They listen to recordings of Col. Kurtz, who has gone AWOL and lives amount the natives, carrying out authorized missions. Willard is order to terminate the Colonel's command. Fantastic movie.

Dunno if Netflix has it or not....it's almost 40 years old. It runs about 2-1/2 hours. There is a redux version, but I found it to be longer and more boring
