So I have this friend

Owen, now its name is “Haweni” he is banned from bZ servers for “hacking” I know this guy since i started to play battlefield 4, is one of the best pilots i’ve ever seen to be honest, the guy barely speak english and he dont trust on translators. Why im posting this? I want to know why he isnt able to join bZ servers, i dont have/know the resources to do that by my and if in the case how to resolve this.

its his old account but looking at the stats also shows no indication that he is a cheater

His old account is currently banned by PunkBuster, we have no control over those types of bans.

But if he is banned by punkbuster he wouldnt be able to play in any server, right?

He may be able to play on other ones but we enforce punkbuster bans, new accounts will not help him circumvent the ban in place.
