TK Ban

Hello all. Was playing today on your metro server and was kicked twice for accidental TK's from nades and 320's. Went to rejoin and it says I'm banned because of TK's. Any help or is this permanent? Wasn't intentional just normal gameplay. Thanks in advance for an answer. Game name is same as mine here SCRUFF_FDNY2002.
