I saw it when they first announced it at E3, back then there was a huge uproar as it was announced for Console only. Thankfully UbiSoft had change of heart and is making it for the PC as well now and from what I hear it won't be a port from the consoles either. They are re-vamping it from the ground up then porting it from the PC to consoles.

Yea, 2-days after the E3 announcement there was a petition circulating around the internet calling for it to be on PC. The petition had well over 500,000 signatures. I assume that is where they made there decision to do it for PC. And Tom Clancy doesn't like Ubisoft to 1/2 ass his games so they decided to go with the re-vamp for PC and not a crap-tastic console to PC port.
