I got warned a while back, I was wondering if there is a cooldown for the label. Also, what are good ways to increase rep on the server?

1. Rep increases with time served.
2. When in a round you can go to chat and write !assist to help the losing team by volunteering to switch to the losing team.
3. The admins are fond of blow jobs. (Now blow jobs won't actually improve your rep but I thought it should be mentioned anyway.
