Just an issue on EA’s end, I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon.
Mobius is obviously the owner of EA and he profit from this. He wants you to buy Battlefield 4™ Weapon Shortcut Bundle. I learned that Mobius was responsible for many things by reading some special forum threads.

The funny thing is even with the Battlefield 4
Weapon Shortcut Bundle it still wouldn’t work because it doesn’t apply to DLC items
