Give them an offer. Offer to be permanently muted on all servers; there's a system neo has, and they might unban you. I can't promise, but if you can't talk, you can't stir up problems in the future. U can speak in voice, but if you try to chat, it will kick you. It might work it might not. Just a suggestion.
