Nothing to do with money. It does no one any good, including overall BF4, if it won't fill. Lots of partially-filled servers only hurt the game. I'd like to see it back and I have a few ideas for it, but here lately North America BF4 population is way down anyway so trying would be moot.

Regulars who we know know the rules tend get harsher punishment for TK/griefing. Kind of the opposite of special treatment because we expect better from regulars.

It is really, really hard to get perma-banned on our servers. Takes at least 7 infractions, often times more because over time as people behave their infractions are automatically removed.

Nope. The only place we've ever tried/had such rules is on the 24/7 Siege servers (#11 and #24) specifically do deal with the heli whores. Not something we're going to roll out to any of the others.

There's no setting regarding that as far as I'm aware. If the MCOM charge is set and the timer ends I think that's it. I've never seen or adjusted a setting related to that, only the timer itself. Those maps specifically have always killed the server (12 and 7 alike). There's not a way to...
