What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? KPM Automatic ban on the Saiga 12K.

Why should we lift your ban? Battlelog doesn't count time spent shooting from scout helicopters when it calculates KPM, which gives me an inflated KPM with shotguns.

Doesn't surprise me if this is true due to EA/DICE stupidity but we need to verify this first. Once we verify this is indeed possible and skews stats then we'll lift your ban.
