What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? didn't know I was banned until today I was previously banned for racism, I didn't know that the word cracker had been added to the filter I wasn't testing the filter I was talking about food and wasn't being racist I'm Caucasian anyway, so now I'm on the radar for something that wasn't intentional. I did nothing wrong I had a disagreement with A BZ clan member who in the past I stated has stated his dislike for me I stated facts he called me a moron trying to push my buttons I did not insult him back and I let it go, thought that was the end on it I did not receive and warning that I had done anything wrong and to my knowledge I did nothing wrong

Why should we lift your ban? (Excessive measure) Admin personal vendetta?

You definitely know the filters and know better than to mess with them.

suddenVmbra also got punished for baiting.

Temp ban expires in 5 days. You definitely need to learn to follow the rules...you've built up quite a log of admin punishes and automatic punishes and aren't far from a perm ban if you don't sort you crap out. At this point you're more a hindrance to the server than an asset as a player.

What specific Crap are we talking about and how am I a hindrance just so we are clear on it. And quit trying to make me out as some kind of villain to justify your decision to ban me. I believe I said soup and crackers and I was booted from chat there was no warning if there was, I certainly would not have of said it again I didn't know that was a precursor to being banned and somebody asked what I said and so I said it again and then I was banned and that is how it happened,

And by the way I am Caucasian I don't know how I can be racist against my own race And I was talking about food anyway I don't know how many times I must say that before you get it, yet you are still trying to say I was testing the filter, and that is what started this whole dam thing to begin with, Did you ban suddenVmbra for merely stating that he was previously banned for baiting ? because that's what it looks like here. I would like to see the entire chat regarding the alleged baiting and who actually initiated the alleged baiting I know it wasn't me. Did you ban the right person? or just the person that merely stated the fact they were banned before. And as far as admin automatic punishes, I have no idea what you are talking about unless you are talking about maybe a tk punish that happens from time to time but not very often as far as the j word thing goes, I misspelled Jesus I wasn't testing the filter or baiting I was merely stating a word that starts with j and it was not my intention to make anyone say the j word everyone knows that's on the filter. its well-known same as the n word anyone that uses those words knows or should know they are going to get booted as far as the admin automatic punishes you mention only ones I recall are ones for accidental tk teammates killed in helicopter crashes slams or mines that does happen or occasionally or team members that sand in front of my mortar waiting for me to fire or dropping smoke in my face or any number of other methods of disruptive behavior or one or two team members will team up and tk me so I tk them back to sometimes that is necessary when I know they are going to tk me again and I might be in the middle of something in game capturing flags waiting for a ucav to load etc. so I tk them so I can finish whatever I was doing. if I tk on purpose there's a dam good reason for it I never, do it to be disruptive most of time it's a combination a retribution tk and unintentional tk Helo crashes etc. you make it sounds like I'm being banned all the time. I know you have a personal issue with me you have stated that in the past, my take on that is you have no sense of humor or you have an ego issue, and I believe that is clouding your judgment (personal vendetta) I've been playing bf series for more than 15 years and I've seen servers come and go sometimes they die because of admin abuse, what I mean by that is admin that let the power go to their head or let personal differences get in the way. I have seen other occurrences of a player's being punished in your server that didn't deserve it, most recently I saw another player booted for what the admin said was killing in uncap I saw that killing it was not in uncap the admin was clearly wrong wasn't even close to being in uncap. overzealous admin will kill a server MIG and AARP server in recent memory but there have been many others lost its player base Through the years because of admin abuse AARP server is still up but nobody plays there. (Just some food for thought)

Also it doesn't matter if you feel that an intentional teamkill is justified. If we catch you doing that, you'll be punished accordingly. As Neo stated above, you've been given a very long time to familiarize yourself with our rules.
The temporary ban was issued automatically via our systems, if you mess around again it will automatically be a permanent ban based on the number of past punishes you've had.

I believe I'm being unjustly persecuted here we go again you make it sound like I do this all of the time, I don't. most of the tks are accidents helicopter crashes or a mortar shell already in flight and a teammate runs to the impact point or any other many circumstances and weird things that happen during game play that a player has no control over. and who doesn't do that. and that doesn't happen very often. I think I was banned maybe a year or two ago I don't remember why, and the auto ban cracker thing that was not intentional or testing the filter Was and now this banning I'm currently severing for an alleged baiting that I didn't not initiate those are the only punishments I believe that I have received and really not very many of those. Was the person that initiated the alleged baiting punished? I do understand the auto ban with the cracker incident, and also with any tks I get that. unfortunately, the reality is its sometimes tks are necessary I wish that it wasn't, I don't enjoy it I would much rather just play the game. Perhaps if the server had a punish for tk in place some servers have it type a command to punish If you are tked maybe that would help deter this behavior, it would probably save the admin some time as well as it would automate booting and banning from server process just a suggestion.

Tks are never necessary. Let them make their own bed to lay in. Right now you're on your way to join them.
There won't be a punish system put in place for you to use, it would be abused.
