What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Was banned for vehicle griefing which I wasn't, Kept getting trash gunners in attack heli and they wouldn't get out for a friend that's way better so we just kept getting killed over and over because they didn't know how to gun

Why should we lift your ban? Not holding the helicopter waited in spawn for them to get out and they just refused

You just sat in the chopper in spawn and wouldn't help the team/play because the gunner(s) wouldn't get out like you wanted. That's griefing.

Then they should of got out I had a friend waiting to spawn on me and they just sat there to be stubborn I had the same gunner the past 3 times and he rarely shoots and just sucks ass and it got annoying

No, that's not how it works. I don't think your attitude and interpretation of the definition of griefing is compatible with our rules.

Griefing would just be purposely blowing up your own helicopter so we couldn't use it or giving it to the other team in my perspective on it

No team killing, period, end of story.
Griefing: Purposefully shooting or otherwise sabotaging your teammates in an online game.
Griefing includes stealing of friendly vehicles while they are repairing (for example).
Forcing a TK is griefing.
