What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I dint even know i was banned

Why should we lift your ban? Because im not hacking i installed BF4 past week and streaming, played for a good hour or two and suddenly i started getting DPS automatic ban and since then every server i join i got DPS automatic ban, not sure wht it means
