Have you cheated before? No

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I got a perm mute ban a few days ago that I am appealing.

Why should we lift your ban? I was in game playing as usual and someone on the other team was getting a very high percentage of kills. For example, a few players at the top of the other team were getting over 60 to 100 kills each map. So it is not possible to get that many kills each round consistently against other players with your skill level and so many other different players shooting at you all at once. So I got upset with a few of these other players because I do not cheat ever and I can barely get 10 kills most rounds and never since I bought the game a few years back have I got more than 30 kills in one round so when I see a few other players getting several thousand kills in a few hours of play I question it!

So after accusing these other players and reporting one specifically I get this one player jumping in front of me while I am in a tank or lav and he dies in front of me as if I killed him. So have never raked up this many false kills against me so this one player is trying to get me kicked off the server for team killing so if you look at my record I do not team kill ever! I have team killed a few times accidentally but it is never on purpose.

Next thing I know I get this one player getting into it with me so I tell him leave me alone and I report him and few others players because they are reporting me. Next thing you know a day or two after that I get a per mute suspension and the rest of it for calling all some possibly obvious aimbotter or worse!

I do not cheat at this game ever! So when I even think anyone might be cheating I try my very best to report it without being toxic to other players.

So get this!!!!!!!!!! This really makes me angry and almost want to file a law suit against some fokes! I said I am African American in the game a few chats before this one player starts in with me and I am African American so after I said this and then made that accusation about the other players getting that many kills I get per mute ban from an admin on here.....and this is what is said! "This has been handled." I really do not believe it would be necessary to report this incident of obvious racism to EA. Honestly I do not! but I find it a real unfortunate coincidence that I happen to be African American and a white player on here gets me banned! EA has very strict policies about this type of racial hatred. I do not believe it will be necessary to report it to EA but I am prepared to defend myself because I will not be treated this way because of my skin color!

Are you appealing for the wrong server? You're not banned with us. You have a language infraction point against you from June 27th. But no ban.
 
The main thing I am concerned with is that I am still technically banned from speaking publicly from all servers. I have a perm ban from chat in any server. I feel like this is persecution because of who I am and over racial divisions and this what I most upset about. At this point I do not even care honestly that I will not be able to participate on these servers! What I am concerned about is that this does not happen to any other African Americans nor anyone else with a voice that is trying to participate peacefully without any hatred with obvious racial animosity! As I said before I was play in a server and stated casually that I have African ancestors and the next thing I know I have other players ridiculing me, telling me get out of the server, jumping in front of me to fake it so it looks like I am team killing, reporting me everything and then I have a permanent ban against ever saying anything publicly for speaking out loud on any other server ever again. So to me I feel like this is the most horrible of all crimes! I am being racially persecuted for the color of my skin and not because I was toxic or confronting other possible hackers? I this aspect I shall remain firm and make a call out to all the members of this server and state unequivocally there are those that do not play this game fairly and cheat. There are those that get banned for cheating! And there are those obviously that are of a not prefered skin color that get permanent bans from ever speaking on these servers for just having a darker skin color. So I say to all my accusers on these forms, as well as my judges here, how dare you prevent me from speaking over the color of my skin because if this what you are doing to other people just because you can then what are doing in the real world. I believe my record will accurately reflect that I have not never cheated, I have never been toxic enough to warrant this type of over reach of power, I have never played the game so unfairly that I have denied anyone else ultimately of their real freedoms and liberty as well as the ability to just speak. So this is a great injustice to me and so I believe EA shall exact a greater price in terms of penalties for this abuse of powers by people who in part hold this power over others in this way as they hold license to operate in this way. If you read EA's rules you better have a good reason for banning people! Period! The fact that I am African American and get upset with potential hackers is one thing. The fact that I get banned from speaking ever again on these servers right after it is found out I am African American is to be determined what will happen with all of these server. EA takes these cases seriously as well as I do. Now if I was out of line and toxic that is one thing. If I was toxic, which I do not believe I ever was, I will stand up to my accusers and we shall discuss the validity with which will my fate and reasonable punishment. However, if I have been wronged just because of the color of my skin, which I believe to more of the truth in this respect, my accusers are all WHITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, well then we shall see what we shall see. I have apologized even though I technically may have done nothing wrong for the color of my own skin that I was born with, also I am not pleading my case such as it is with people who may or not care just because they can get away with type of racism! So I have always tried to do my very best to be inclusive of everyone around me and now I only come to find out what real racial persecution is and all because I African American. You can imagine my frustration! the indignation that I feel, the persecution, and that the people banning me from speaking ever again are my WHITE accusers! Fine if another African American banned me from speaking that would be one thing but it is not! So if the admin responsible for this does not come forward and admit his racial bias against me then we shall see what EA has to say about this no matter what. As I stated before it is one thing to abuse your powers on here as an admin over racial biases and it is another to be so obvious about that you do it with such prejudice against other people of different skin colors! No we will all shall not be treated like this on Bansore servers! I am asking that the permanent mute be lifted at once! And that we get back to playing this game as fairly as possible before I have to seek a more substantial remedy with EA! This is what is fair and this is what is right. I am asking not to be judged unfairly here so in all our interests in playing this game as fairly as possible race will not be a factor in whether people can speak or not.
 
I know that is a lot. You do not think I like that I wrote all that too! Why does have to be like a horrible divorce? I don't want the kids, I am not trying to take the house or the car. Right my brothers! Then why can't we all just get along and be good friends! And how in the double (*^%&^%#$#! can anyone get almost a 100 kills in one game on some of these servers and I get a speech ban and then people reporting me and all the rest of it......I am wore out by all this animosity as well! Dare I say it.....dare I say it can we all just get along with out anyone accusing anyone of anything or any toxic knee jerk reactions? I do not think anyone is that bad on here....we all have to live our lives and be the best people we can.
 
Dude we have no idea what you’re on about, you’re not banned nor muted by us. If you’re permanently muted on more than just our servers, then that sounds like a BFAT mute. If that’s the case, you’ll need to work that out with them, not us.
