What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? [not sure of the exact date....been a few weeks now] Playing Siege... i was intentionally tk'd by a guy that wanted the attack chopper for himself (alone). I attempted to punish, but there was no !p function. I came back and gave him a revenge kill. Slash banned me stating he had already punished the other guy, which i was unaware of. I entered the bZ teamspeak, and attempted to appeal. Slash said I intentionally tk'd the guy right in front of him, so he banned me. I didn't argue, admitted what I did, and attempted to appeal (citing my history/gameplay on bZ). He wasn't about to lift the ban, so I left (politely).

Why should we lift your ban? I am a good player, play as a team, and bring my friends with me.

It's always a good idea to review a communitys server rules when joining to play a game in their server, that way it avoids the problem you find yourself in now. With that being said, I will let Slash address this with you and it will be his decision on whether or not he decides to un-ban you.

This ban was a 10th point ban. Not at all a surprise. My intent as is all of ours is to provide a fun gaming environment for all. While I'm not completely opposed to removing a point I will get with other admins and discuss it before doing

hey hawk, damn right i should have.... "Retribution team killing is not allowed and is a punishable offense." That being said, i doubt i would go to every server's rules page prior to joining, and don't recall that one on the !rules listing - if it is, then i deserve a boot. i definitely will admit "earning" points with ucav shenanigans from the uncap, and stopped when punished.

[Please don't read 'tone' in this]...I'm owning up to my fault, and think Slash could vouch for my gameplay. If not, keep the ban and I won't return. It's that easy.

Our rule #1 is for grieving/teamkilling against teammates. We will go ahead and discuss this among all the Admins and have an answer for you soon, please be patient.

I didn't read tone into it...it's hard to expresss feeling/emotion in text format so it is easier to give you the benefit of the doubt ;-)

Hi sanitized. Got with some of the admins to get a feeling of what they felt about unbanning you. The consensus was split, however, I'm goin to unban you and let you back in the server. please realize that you will be at maximum points which means any further violation of the rules or warning points issued by admins would result in your immediate perm ban. We try and offer a drama free fun gaming environment for our players. The rules are simple and equate to this, don't be an problem in the server.
