What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? Someone on my team said faggot a bunch of times, so I called them a homophobe, which got me a language warning for some reason, even though all i said was homophobe. Said in the chat why did I get a language violation for saying homophobe, which lead to a 'killed by admin'. The, I tried using !report to report the guy saying faggot, report was for using homophobic slurs. This got me banned. Makes no sense

If I was banned because the admins are homophobes, don't let me back in, I don't want to play on your server.

Why should we lift your ban? Because I didn't break any rules

I was replying to the guy saying fa**ot, saying he was saying gamer words. I didn't mean it as me saying a slur. But if that's why I was banned, I suppose that's understandable.

If that's the case, will you also be banning people for saying fa**ot? It's also considered a gamer word, by its own definition on Urban dictionary. I see that word a lot on your servers

Indeed I read back on the full context and this is indeed the case. Ban lifted/appeal approved.

Great, appreciate the info. The language violations lined up very closely to my calling my teammate a homophobe, so I assumed that's why I was being banned. But I see now that is not the case.

I hope you could reconsider your rules, and add homophobic slurs as a violation. It's in a very close vein to racist slurs, so I don't see why it's not included. There are very few populated bf4 servers these days, and it would be nice if more could be less trashy with that kind of offensive language. I appreciate you guys already moderate a lot of political bs out, since that seems to flood other servers. Just my two cents.
