Have you cheated before? No

What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? I have no idea why I’m banned. I went on vacation for a week came back and I am banned from your servers.

Why should we lift your ban? I contribute money every month and I did not do anything wrong.
 
Took at look at things, You are not banned, we simply are not allowing VPNs on our servers anymore, Turn it off and you should be good to go!
 
Can you join using battlelog and copy what it says when you are booted out? I am not seeing you banned anywhere.
 
You are still trying to join with VPNs. It's not going to work.
