While I couldn't see him the first time, he was the only other person on our team who was dead apart from thPioneer (0:06), but you can see in the killfeed that thPioneer was killed by a p90 (0:00). manbearpigsssss tried to ram me again at 0:26. When he missed, I got out to confirm that it was him.
His name over the jet is quite pixelated in the video, so here's a higher resolution picture.
