Alright, I think we may have gotten him on this one

Heres the thing, I could hear footsteps for almost all of his kills. So can't ban him for that. BUT, look how many times he reloads.

Seems like he reloads often but does switch kits to different weapons? But not too sure. Borderline good game sense or cheat?
