Describe the incident Persistent griefing:
1. TKed me on foot at spawn within seconds of game start.
2. Made 4+ attempts to force TK by constantly running up to LAV and following it in its blind spots.
3. Repeatedly filed false reports using !report for their forced TKs, along with other spurious reports.

0:20: Intentionally TKed me while I was on foot at spawn
1:06: Made absolutely clear via chat that it was no accident: "dek you want some tissues"
14:15: First attempt to jump in front of LAV from above dish - successfully forced TK
14:30: Reported me "for TKing"
14:50: Second attempt - from the back - successfully forced TK
15:05: Reported me again "for TKing"
16:25: Third attempt- Chased after the LAV from behind - I moved away
16:42: Fourth attempt - Again clearly crossed into the LAV's retreat path as we backed away from missiles - miraculously missed TK
17:54: Fifth attempt - Ran up to the front of the LAV this time as we were backing away - I moved away again
18:10: Sixth attempt - Caught up to the front of the LAV as we were facing the other way towards the enemy - they hid in the LAV's forward-right blind spot and jumped into the LAV after seeing that I wasn't moving
