Describe the incident they hide in the base without helping to meet the objective, and only kill with ucav and mortar to improve their k/d

Killing in an area inaccessible to the enemy is not in the written rules, but is it not unfair to the enemy? If this is not the case in the next games in a open map, I would suggest that the whole team be at the base shooting only with mortar, 32 mortars will keep 2 objectives well covered in a poen map

I wouldn't be so sure about that because:
1. is not easy because you need a ucav
2. They are in areas of easy exit of their ucav so my entry is not that easy, in addition they hide between shots
3. They are out of range of the enemy team so the 10 second timer sometimes does not reach

If you want, I have some other video of these cases

Just use a mav, if you die to a mortar, you camp in a single spot too long. Put on a suppressor. The ucav is loud, you hear it, you hide.

Again, it's very easy to kill them if you know what you're doing.

Since you are so kind, what would you do in this case that I can't reach them? this would happen in all maps that are relatively medium and smaller in size
+ mav cant kill those ucav
