Describe the incident This guy tk'ed fragsterdotcom, shot at serlosealot tank once and managed to tk me too while i was in a buggy

I don't. Wasn't recording! But had a full squad of friends who can atest it! We all reported him! If you look into reports, you should see a full squad reporting that guy

Unfortunately we would need video evidence. Anyone could talk in voice comms and say 'Everyone report so and so' if we punished based off of that, we would be 'badmins'
