Describe the incident Stirumm has been racebaiting (trying to get people in trouble with the chat filter, by making them say the word "cracker") for a while now. One of our good friends JohnnyQuest515 was perma-banned for his first offense of racebaiting. Either Stirumm gets the same treatment and is permabanned, or unban Johnny. Equality is all I'm looking for, thank you.

Thank you for the report. A further look into his chatlogs show a much more aggressive attempt at baiting the filter.
